Returns and exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, excluding delivery charges.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges as many of our products are available in limited qualities.
Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after checking the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
